Contemplative Coaching is a concentrated and intentional form of life coaching which teaches individuals how to cultivate greater concentration through positive contemplation strategies and to gain greater awareness, nurture, discernment and fulfillment in their lives. This practice helps to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and other socioemotional impediments which keep us from living optimally.
